Employee Inclusion Packs

Merchandise

We were asked by our client to design a pack that was focused on employee inclusion.
The campaign had been entitled “In Good Company” and was aimed at unifying. It was to contain the campaign launch information, gifts, webinar information cards and thank you cards. Our creative team set about pulling together a gift pack solution that met the brief and budget parameters.

Firstly the campaign needed a logo, so we set about visualising logo options, which were developed into the multi-coloured logo and variations you see here.

Working with The Copy Cat copywriter Kip Katesmark (Click for LinkedIn Profile) we quickly created several documents that were to be included in each pack; Campaign Launch Card, Star Cards and Webinar Cards. We procured ribbon tied gift boxes that had bespoke labels applied to brand them, inserted a colourful paper inlay that was sealed with a circular label, to add a bit more ceremony to the opening process. Designed and printed card inserts, a “Take A Break” pack that included ethically produced tea and coffee sachets, and shortbread biscuits, suggested by us as they were the winner in a recent poll conducted on Linked In, all three collated and sealed in a recyclable bag.
(Thank you Fraser Nichol – Don’t know what we would have done with out you – click here to see the post).

And also a bespoke branded pen in a branded sleeve rounding off the pack. Collated and inserted into jiffy bags, the packs were distributed to the employee’s homes via courier.
